| Registered Dietitians (RD's) lead the Healthy Idea Seminars. They are approximately 1-hour in duration consisting of 45 minutes of content followed by Q & A. A Power Point presentation and handouts are sent to the site in advance of the seminar. If a Power Point set up is not available a standard lecture format will be utilized with hard copies of the slides provided for participants to follow along.

Our team of registered dietitians and exercise specialists provide recommendations based on personal and family health history, lifestyle factors and food preferences. Sessions take approximately 10 minutes.
