| Health Fitness Concepts RN, LLC. (HFC) was founded in 1985 by Kathy Freeman, a Registered Nurse with a passion for promoting health and preventing disease in the people she served. She branched out to the corporate sector to spread her knowledge of disease prevention to healthy individuals with the hopes of helping them to avoid disease and possible future hospitalization. Over the past two decades, HFC has been assembling a pool of health professionals who have a common purpose of helping others improve their health and prevent disease through health screening and lifestyle education. Over the years, HFC's professionals have visited thousands of companies screening hundred's of thousands of individuals. "We are proud to have served some clients for 14 consecutive years and honored to have the opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives. HFC's services have helped thousands of individuals learn of previously undiagnosed high risk conditions.
