(HFC) provides health screening and lifestyle education programs through its team of health professionals (registered nurses, registered dietitians, licensed professionals etc.) to individuals through employers and community organizations. Dedicated to helping individuals improve their overall health and prevent diseases, HFC has visited thousands of companies and participated in community health events over its more than 20-year history, providing valuable health information to hundreds and thousands of individuals, in some cases helping detect life-threatening, undiagnosed health issues.
